On March 6, 1966, he married Marilyn (Converse) Wortman, who survives in Van Wert.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/American-Flag-for-obituaries-6-2011.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-8711\" style=\"border: 1px solid black\" src=\"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/American-Flag-for-obituaries-6-2011.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"125\" height=\"66\" \/><\/a>Other survivors include two children, Richard L. Buggle of Charleston, S.C., and Jeffery (Julie) Buggle of Van Wert; three sisters, Betty (Dave) Mollenkopf of Rochester, Ind., and Virginia Dowler and Arlene Gamble, both of Van Wert; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Tuesday, February 12, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home &amp; Crematory in Van Wert, with the Rev.
