Kindergarten will be full time, although part-time requests will also be accommodated.<\/p>\n<p>Registration, which will take about 10 minutes, will be conducted the week of March 4-8, from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m., at Lincolnview Elementary School. Registration forms are available on the Lincolnview website at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lincolnview.k12.oh.us\">www.lincolnview.k12.oh.us<\/a>. Parents may complete the form and bring it with them to registration to expedite the process. Those who attend kindergarten screening with be given a kindergarten screening appointment. Those who want their children to attend kindergarten at Lincolnview, but outside the district, should still plan to register and attend Lincolnview\u2019s kindergarten screening. Open enrollment space can be limited, but parents can obtain an open enrollment form at kindergarten registration.<\/p>\n<p>Open enrollment applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis, while open enrollment for other grade level students runs from April 1 to May 31.<\/p>\n<p>Parents should bring their children\u2019s social security card, official birth certificate and immunization records to registration. Custody papers should also be brought, if applicable.<\/p>\n<p>Immunizations needed before starting school include: polio, four doses; DPT, five doses; MMR, two doses; Hepatitis B, three doses; and varicella (chicken pox), two doses.<\/p>\n<p>Lincolnview kindergarten screening will be held Tuesday, April 2, and Wednesday, April 3, at First Baptist Church, corner of Mendon and Jennings roads.
