(photo submitted)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Terrin Contreras went undefeated, winning all four of his matches by pins, as he qualified for districts by winning the 285-pound weight class sectional title, while Colten Royer also qualified for districts by winning all but one match to finish in third place in the 160-pound weight class.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Stoller (145 pounds), Daniel Thompson (152 pounds), Jordan Daniels (170 pounds), and Zack Thomas (220 pounds), all finished in fifth place to qualify as alternates in their respective weight classes.<\/p>\n<p>As a team, the Cougars finished in a tie with Defiance for fifth in the South Division of the sectional tournament.<\/p>\n<p>Here are individual Van Wert wrestling results:<\/p>\n<p>132 pounds \u2013 Jacob Crisenbery, 2-2 (1 pin).<\/p>\n<p>138 pounds \u2013 Quinton Rutkowski, 0-2.<\/p>\n<p>145 pounds \u2013 Ryan Stoller, 3-2 (3 pins), fifth.<\/p>\n<p>152 pounds \u2013 Daniel Thompson, 3-2 (fifth).<\/p>\n<p>160 pounds \u2013 Colten Royer, 3-1 (3 pins), third.<\/p>\n<p>170 pounds \u2013 Jordan Daniels, 4-2 (3 pins), fifth.<\/p>\n<p>195 pounds \u2013 Gabe Hill, 0-2.<\/p>\n<p>220 pounds \u2013 Zack Thomas, 2-2 (1 pin), fifth.<\/p>\n<p>285 pounds \u2013 Terrin Contreras, 4-0 (4 pins), first.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Van Wert wrestling news BOWLING GREEN &#8212; Two wrestlers qualified for district meet and four others were alternates out of the District II sectional wrestling meet held at Bowling Green State University on Saturday.
