Crawford St., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of \u00a0Burt Street and Kear Road.<\/p>\n<p>February 12, 10:26 p.m. &#8212; Samantha J. Schnepp, 33, of 136 Keplar St., was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred at her residence.<\/p>\n<p>February 11, 6:30 p.m. &#8212; Jonathan R. Griffin, 24, of 637 N.
