Klopfenstein, 20, of 869 S. Washington St., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) and possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Main Street.<\/p>\n<p>March 10, 4:08 a.m. &#8212; A report was received that a store window at Wilkinson Printing Company on East Main Street was damaged.<\/p>\n<p>March 7, 10:11 p.m. &#8212; Forrest E. Houseworth III, 29, of 633 Temple St., was cited for driving while under a license suspension and possession of marijuana as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of Sibley Street.<\/p>\n<p>March 9, 6:41 p.m. &#8212; Christopher R.
