Chestnut St., was charged with violating the city&#8217;s open burn ordinance as a result of an incident at his residence.<\/p>\n<p>March 31, 5:33 p.m. &#8212; Tyler Jones Levos, 27, of Paulding, was cited for an open container violation, while Ricky A. Girod, 51, of Grover Hill, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Washington Street and Towne Center Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p>March 31, 4:05 a.m. &#8212; An entry door of Moose Lodge 1320, 740 W. Ervin Road, was damaged in what appeared to be a break-in attempt. The door was found by an officer investigating an alarm at the lodge.<\/p>\n<p>March 31, 1:40 a.m. &#8212; Brad L. Baysinger, 53, of 510 Shaffer St., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) after his motorcycle was found laid down on a sidewalk in the 200 block of Bonnewitz Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>March 31, 7:54 p.m. &#8212; Tyler A. Dirham, 20, of 514 N.
