The team GPA was 3.905 and team members include Kaylee Thatcher, Kaitlyn Brant, Claire Dye, Katie Dye, Julia Thatcher, Claire Clay, Hannah McCleery, and Christine Stemen. (Photo submitted.)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The elementary library has conducted an AR Smart Cookie contest each quarter this year, rewarding those who complete their AR goal according to each quarter\u2019s guidelines.\u00a0 The fourth quarter guideline is those who complete their AR goal in the first six weeks will receive the cookie\/punch party.\u00a0 In addition to that reward, pictured above are the students who completed their goal for the fourth quarter in seven days of the quarter commencing.\u00a0 Each of the 12 students received a $5 gift card from Sycamore Ice Cream store.<\/p>\n<p>Thirty-five second and third grade students participated in the Math-a-Thon to benefit the St. Jude Research Hospital.\u00a0 The students were asked to get sponsors and then complete a booklet full of math problems.\u00a0 The students were able to raise $2,231.<\/p>\n<p>Student Council held their annual Talent Show for the Junior high and High School during the school day Thursday April 11th.
