His interest in nature began in his early childhood and has since taken him across the world to every continent with one mission: to reveal to his audience images of hopeless endangered species and plant life that might ignite a movement to help save them.<\/p>\n<p><em>National Geographic <\/em>magazine has published Sartore&#8217;s masterpieces of image and text for the past 20 years, including \u201cThe Company We Keep: America&#8217;s Endangered Species\u201d<em> <\/em>and \u201cRare: Portraits of America&#8217;s Endangered Species\u201d<em>. <\/em>Not only will his images truly impress his audience, the stories behind his pictures are sure to electrify everyone in the attendance.<\/p>\n<p>Sartore will be presenting his lecture at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center Sunday, April 21, at 3 p.m. Tickets are on sale for $20 for adults and $10 for students, with a 10 percent group discount for groups of 10 or more.
