Treadway, 31, of Delphos, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 400 block of East Central Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>April 19, 5:13 p.m. &#8212; Clarence A. Webster III, 54, of 314 N. Franklin St., Apt. A, was charged with OVI as a result of a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Kear Road.<\/p>\n<p>April 18, 8:57 p.m. &#8212; Kyle T. Sterrett, 33, of 484 Neel Ave., was charged with OVI and driving while under a license suspension as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Jefferson Street.<\/p>\n<p>April 16, 2:03 a.m. &#8212; Damage was reported to the restrooms at Jubilee Park.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Delphos Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>April 21, 3:14 a.m. &#8212; Vanessa Kill, 27, of Lima, was charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication and transported to the Allen County Jail. She will appear in Lima Municipal Court on the charge.<\/p>\n<p>April 19, 1:52 a.m. &#8212; A hit-skip accident was reported in the 500 block of South Franklin Street.
