She currently manages the operations department.<\/p>\n<p>Cearns is a graduate of Van Wert High School and received a bachelor\u2019s degree in finance and accounting from The Ohio State University. She has also attended various banking classes and seminars, graduating from the Ohio School of Banking, Bank Leadership Institute, and Community Bankers for Operations\/Deposit Compliance School.
