His life was cut short by a tragic accident.<\/p>\n<p>He was born August 45, 1967, in Van Wert, the son of the late Robert Charles and Dixie Lee (Myers) Nofer.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include a son, Benjamin C.J. Nofer, at home; his grandmother, Irene H.
