Stemen, 21, of 209 S. Chestnut St., was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver&#8217;s license and was also arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court as a result of a traffic stop in the 800 block of West Ervin Road.<\/p>\n<p>May 1, 11:30 a.m. &#8212; Vantage staff members turned over suspected drugs to a Van Wert officer who was at Vantage for an unrelated incident.<\/p>\n<p>April 30, 3:14 p.m. &#8212; US Bank reported a theft by deception incident that included the loss of $1,644.58 in purchased items, ATM withdrawals and bank fees. The incident is under investigation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Delphos Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>May 4, 1:06 a.m. &#8212; Darius Lomack, 23, of Delphos, was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred in the 800 block of West Skinner Street.
