Main St., was charged with underage consumption when police officers noted he was drinking alcohol during an investigation into a fight at Hire\u2019s Pub &amp; Grill in Van Wert.<\/p>\n<p>February 26, 12:22 a.m. \u2013 John W. Harvey, 19, of Antwerp, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired and underage consumption as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Sycamore Street. A\u00a0 passenger in Harvey\u2019s vehicle, was cited for underage consumption and possession of marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>February 24, 10:28 a.m. \u2013 Candace E. Knapp, 64, of 208 N.
