Bowers, 26, of 11268 Dull Robinson Road, was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in the Van Wert Municipal Court parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>May 18, 4:04 a.m. &#8212; Chase S. Wallace, 19, of 327 S.
