Main St., was in a lot of trouble as he was first charged with assault in connection with a fight and later with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business when he reportedly got an attitude with police officers investigating the fight.<\/p>\n<p>February 27, 1:55 a.m. &#8212; Matthew D. Whittenbarger, 36, of 909 Woodland Ave., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in the 500 block of Jennings Road.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Delphos Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>February 27, 10:10 p.m. &#8212; Kermit Minnig, 53, of Delphos, was charged with domestic violence for an incident that occurred at his residence.<\/p>\n<p>February 27, 1:11 a.m. &#8212; Nathan Bullock, 16, and Brandon Foust, also 16, both of Delphos, were arrested for curfew violations after they were stopped in the 100 block of West Cleveland Street.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Van Wert Police February 26, 3:01 a.m. &#8212; Shane A.
