The 2013-14 season at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center of Northwest Ohio was unveiled to great applause and has proven worthy of the wait. Featuring a schedule packed full of high energy and critically acclaimed national\u00a0and international\u00a0artists, tickets are in high demand.<\/p>\n

The Niswonger Box Office will open the first ticket sales of the season on\u00a0Thursday, June 20, at noon\u00a0to Grand Series ticket buyers only. The Grand Series contains 19 diverse events that include pop culture\u00a0and country music\u00a0sweetheart Kellie Pickler; Christian\u00a0music crossover artist Michael W. Smith; a mighty stage presence from The Ohio State University Marching Band; stage great Tony Orlando at Christmas; jazz sensation Dave Koz and Friends\u00a0Christmas program;\u00a0the highly rated PBS children’s program \u201cDinosaur Train\u201d LIVE on stage; animal enthusiast \u201cJungle Jack\u201d Hanna, along with his animal friends; acclaimed Broadway musical West Side Story<\/em>; the return of the hilarious Church Basement Ladies with A Mighty Fortress is Our Basement<\/em>; the breathtaking Cinderella<\/em> ballet performed by the Russian State Ballet Theatre Company; media icon and U.S. Ag reporter Orion Samuelson; past Jersey Boys performers who appear as Under The Streetlamp; Christian\u00a0music trio Point Of Grace at Christmas; the laugh-out-loud humor of The Addams Family<\/em> Broadway show; the interactive “(Not So) Newlywed Show\u201d with Bob Eubanks; timeless music of The Spinners; lecture speaker Courtnee Carrigan, who will present on diversity in the workplace; return guest speaker Ceci Wiselogel presenting “Let Freedom Ring”; and, direct from New York City, the Gilbert and Sullivan Players present the wildly popular comic operetta, HMS Pinafore<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The Grand Series is priced from $314 to $541 and reflects a 15 percent discount. Grand Series ticket buyers will be the first to access Premier Concert Event tickets for\u00a0country music star\u00a0Trace Adkins. A single Grand Series purchase receives an option for one Trace Adkins ticket. Ticket prices range from $52.50 to $102.50.<\/p>\n

Ticket buyers also have an option to bundle choice events into a Select Series. Select Series tickets go on sale\u00a0June 26 at noon\u00a0at The Niswonger Box Office. A 10 percent discount applies to the face value of the tickets when 3-5 events are selected. A 15 percent discount is applied to the face value of the tickets when six or more events are selected. Trace Adkins tickets can be bundled with Select Series events but do not receive a discount. A Select Series ticket buyer receives a single ticket option for the Trace Adkins concert.<\/p>\n

The freedom to choose a Select Series is available at any time in the season. To receive the discount, Select Series must be purchased\u00a0in person at the Niswonger Box Office, 10700 Ohio 118 in Van Wert, or via phone at\u00a0419-238-6722\u00a0(NPAC).<\/p>\n

Event tickets are available for individual shows approximately 90 days prior to the event date. These dates are communicated on the website, Facebook events page and in the season catalog. A press release always precedes the sale date for each event.<\/p>\n

The house capacity is 1,200 seats, and it is possible that events can reach sold-out status before the individual event ticket release date. This is dependent upon sales during the Grand and Select series sales windows that begin\u00a0June 20 and June 26, respectively.<\/p>\n

The Community Concert Series, which features Debby Boone and three other\u00a0culturally outstanding\u00a0music performances throughout the season, is also available separately from a Grand Series purchase. The Community Concert Series also includes The Sonos Handbell Ensemble at Christmas, The Toledo Symphony Orchestra performing Rodgers & Hammerstein, and the World Choir Games champion chorus Voices of Unity Youth Choir and provides four amazing concert experiences at the Niswonger for only $60.\u00a0Any of these four concerts may also be purchased as part of a Select Series package and tickets are available now at the Niswonger Box Office.<\/p>\n
