Cass St. in Delphos. Agents from the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force began an investigation into this residence, which culminated at approximately 1:45 p.m. Friday when task force members, along with the Allen County Sheriff\u2019s Office SWAT Team, served a search warrant at the residence.<\/p>\n<p>Found inside the house were the following items, which were seized for evidentiary purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A small quantity of suspected drug paraphernalia<\/li>\n<li>A small quantity of suspected heroin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Phillip L. Cross, 25, who resides at the residence, was arrested on one count of trafficking in heroin. He was transported to the Allen County Jail, pending further legal action.<\/p>\n<p>In 2012, 18 people were arrested in Delphos on 52 separate drug related indictments. There have also been 16 drug related search warrants executed within Delphos since November 2011.<\/p>\n<p>The West Central Ohio Crime Task Force is comprised of officers from the following agencies; Allen County Sheriff\u2019s Office, Van Wert County Sheriff\u2019s Office, Lima Police Department, Delphos Police Department and multiple state\/ federal agencies.
