Vinson, 43, of rural Ohio City, was served while in the Van Wert County Correctional Facility\u00a0with a bench warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court for failure to appear for a hearing in that court.<\/p>\n<p>July 3, 3:56 p.m. &#8212; An Apple iPad 2 was reported stolen from a residence in the 100 block of East Sycamore Street.<\/p>\n<p>July 5, 1:47 a.m. &#8212; Zachary N. Martinez, 25, of Oakwood, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Brooks Avenue and Walnut Street.<\/p>\n<p>July 2, 10:13 p.m. &#8212; Kaitlin L. Russell, 17, of Delphos, was charged with OVI after she was apprehended as a missing juvenile.<\/p>\n<p>June 30, 9:11 p.m. &#8212; Joshua Sargent, 31, of 636 N. Race St., was charged with theft in connection with a shoplifting incident at Walmart, 301 Towne Center Blvd.<\/p>\n<p>July 1, 10:47 a.m. &#8212; Ashley A. McKee, 29, of 132 Briarwood Drive, was served with a warrant issued by the Van Wert County Adult Probation Department.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Delphos Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>July 6, 12:20 p.m. &#8212; Tyler Ulrich, 19, of Fort Jennings, was served with an arrest warrant issued in Delphos as a result of a breaking and entering case. Ulrich was located by the Putnam County Sheriff&#8217;s Department and turned over to officers from the Delphos Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>July 4, 7:20 a.m. &#8212; Detectives are investigating the deliberate setting of a car fire in the 300 block of South Main Street. Delphos Fire Department firefighters extinguished the fire, which was allegedly caused by a cloth placed in the gas tank and ignited. The State Fire Marshal&#8217;s Office was also called in to assist with the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>July 5, 2:49 a.m. &#8212; A juvenile under the legal age to operate a motor vehicle was cited after a traffic stop in Delphos with underage consumption and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Two passengers in the vehicle, Peter Vanloo, 19, of Fort Jennings, and Davonne Wannemacher, 20, of Delphos, were also cited for underage consumption.<\/p>\n<p>July 3, 8:15 p.m. &#8212; Sarah Strauss, 28, of Delphos, was cited for driving while under a license suspension as a result of a traffic stop in Delphos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Van Wert Police July 3, 1:16 p.m. &#8212; James T.
