Van Wert Police<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

July 21, 1:35 p.m. — Jose L. Cuevas Jr., 20, of 320 Burt St., was charged with a misdemeanor domestic violence charge as a result of an incident that occurred at his residence.<\/p>\n

July 19, 11:21 p.m. — Joshua M. Brown, 31, of 10351 Lincoln Highway, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in the 700 block of West Ervin Road.<\/p>\n

July 18, 4:48 p.m. — Zachary Wade Sturgeon, 27, of 414 S. Shannon St., was charged with OVI and possession of marijuana as a result of a traffic stop in the 200 block of West Main Street.<\/p>\n

July 19, 8:24 a.m. — James E. Wiseman, 23, of 628 State St., was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 600 block of State Street.<\/p>\n

July 19, 9:39 p.m. — Travis L. Faulkner, 38, of 729 George St., was charged with making a false claim for a claim he made that he would harm himself.<\/p>\n

July 17, 2:32 p.m. — Robert L. Forgette, 41, of Toledo, was cited for not having a solicitor’s license while in the 700 block of Maplewood Drive.<\/p>\n

July 16, 1:21 p.m. — Chester D. Hamrick, 76, of 422 N. Washington St., was issued a summons by the city.<\/p>\n

July 13, 7:49 p.m. — James F. Porter, 39, of Ohio City, was cited for an open container violation while in the 400 block of South Chestnut Street.<\/p>\n

July 21, 5:52 a.m. — Delphos police are investigating a sexual assault complaint that occurred within the city.<\/p>\n

July 20, 9:15 p.m. — A juvenile will be charged in connection with an assault that allegedly occurred at Waterworks Park.<\/p>\n

July 21, 7:09 p.m. — Someone broke into a residence in the 200 block of South Clime Street and stole several items from the home.<\/p>\n

July 20, 10:45 a.m. — Police are investigating a break-in at a residence in the 800 block of Skinner Street.<\/p>\n

July 21, 8:08 p.m. — Teresa Boroff, 50, of Delphos, was arrested on an active warrant issued in Defiance County for a traffic charge.<\/p>\n
