Paule-Salisbury, 21, of Fort Jennings, was served a warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court for failure to appear for a hearing in that court.<\/p>\n<p>July 23, 3:11 p.m. &#8212; Gary L. Cates, 40, of Graham, N.C., was arrested on a charge of possession of spice while at the Guest Keeper motel on North Washington Street.<\/p>\n<p>July 23, 6:59 p.m. &#8212; Curtis Jay Blaylock, 44, of Mebane, N.C., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia while at the Guest Keeper motel.<\/p>\n<p>July 23, 1:01 p.m. &#8212; Blaylock was charged with theft by deception and Frank Buero, 50, of Burlington, N.C., was charged with theft for an incident that occurred at the local Walmart store.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Delphos Police<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>No new reports.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Van Wert Police July 26, 12:14 p.m. &#8212; Amber L.
