Fourth St., was charged with driving while under a license suspension and cited with an open container violation as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Shannon Street and Maple Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>July 26, 8:53 p.m. &#8212; Lorenzo J. Frye, 24, of 10052 Lincoln Highway, Apt. 4, and Buddy D. Raines Jr., 23, of 719 E.
