Thomas, 27, of 315 Woodland Ave., Apt. C, and Brandi K. Bidlack, 29, of 816 Elm St., Apt. 3, were charged with theft in connection with a shoplifting incident at Main Street Market, 1107 S. Shannon St.<\/p>\n<p>August 7, 11:34 a.m. &#8212; Chad Kouts, 23, of 121 S.
