Workman, 19, of 206 S. Cherry St., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under a license suspension as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Washington Street and Town Center Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p>August 16, 1:44 p.m. &#8212; Tamara L. Carroll, 28, of 228 W. Crawford St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court in 2006.<\/p>\n<p>August 15, 11:30 p.m. &#8212; Charles S. Tompkins, 18, of 16913 Wren-Landeck Road, was charged with underage consumption and having physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated after he was found passed out in his vehicle in the parking lot of the Van Wert Walmart Supercenter.<\/p>\n<p>August 14, 1:41 a.m. &#8212; Ream Thomas Davis Jr., 56, of 511 N. Race St., was arrested on a probation violation issued in Van Wert Common Pleas Court while at Van Wert County Hospital following an early incident at his residence.<\/p>\n<p>August 15, Allen D. McMillen, 29, of 14396 Ohio 116, was charged with theft in connection with an alleged shoplifting incident at the local Walmart Supercenter.<\/p>\n<p>August 14, 4:56 p.m. &#8212; Calvin L. Risley, 23, of Convoy, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Walnut Street. A passenger in Risley&#8217;s vehicle, Gage L.
