YMCA of Van Wert County news<\/i><\/p>\n
Registration for the upcoming fall swimming lesson session at the YMCA of Van Wert County will be September 3-15. This will be an eight-week session, running September 23 through November 16.\u00a0 Registration fees for this session are $15 for family members, $25 for youth members and $60 for potential members.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Y provides the most up-to-date American Red Cross approved swimming and water safety program,\u201d stated Martha Martin, Van Wert YMCA aquatic director.\u00a0 \u201cIt keeps a fun atmosphere, while combining the best in swim instruction with an even stronger emphasis on drowning prevention and water safety\u2014ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy the water safely, regardless of age or skill level,\u201d Martin added.\u00a0 All YMCA classes are taught by\u00a0Red Cross Certified Instructors with\u00a0over 120 years of combined aquatic instruction experience.<\/p>\n
