Here, shop owner Pat Hall, a butcher with 27 years of experience, cuts the ribbon on the shop. Hall\u2019s Meats is open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 9-6 on Wednesday.
