Geraniums are hardy root plants sold in 4\u00bd-inch pots. Colors available are: red, white, lavender, fuchsia, pink &amp; light salmon. The deadline for orders and payment is Friday, April 22, at 5 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/Geranium-photo-3-2011.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-4396\" style=\"border: 1px solid black\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/Geranium-photo-3-2011.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"197\" \/><\/a>Don\u2019t miss an opportunity to beautify one\u2019s yard and also support the YWCA this Mother\u2019s Day! Geraniums will be available for pick-up Thursday, May 5, from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Those who forgot to order enough flowers can stop on Friday, May 6, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. to pick up extras on a cash-and-carry basis. Hanging baskets will also be available for purchase for $18 on Thursday, May 5, and Friday, May 6.<\/p>\n<p>The annual geranium sale supports the work of the YWCA throughout the year, including the Transitional Living Program and the Summer Food Program.<\/p>\n<p>The YWCA is a United Way and Van Wert County Foundation funded agency.
