Martin, 24, of Payne, was charged with abusing a harmful intoxicant, possession of drugs (Xanax) without a prescription and theft after he was caught &#8220;huffing&#8221; a can of compressed air at the Walmart Supercenter in Van Wert.<\/p>\n<p>October 23, 2:03 p.m. &#8212; Destiny A. Fuller, 17, of 1155 Bell Ave., and a 15-year-old Delphos girl, were both charged with disorderly conduct as a result of an incident that occurred at LifeLinks Community School in the S.F. Goedde Building, 205 W.
