BOWLING GREEN \u2013 Crestview High School seniors Kameron Grubaugh and Tanner Skelton, Van Wert senior Hannah Hulbert and Wayne Trace senior Jacob Gerber were all among those nominated by U.S. Representative Bob Latta for acceptance into one of the U.S. service academies.<\/p>\n
Grubaugh was nominated for the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo., and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., while Skelton was nominated for the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Md.<\/p>\n
Hulbert was also nominated for the Air Force Academy and West Point, as well as the U.S. Naval Academy, while Gerber was nominated for the Air Force and Naval academies, along with the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at King\u2019s Point, N.Y.<\/p>\n
In addition, Payne native Simon Hessler, currently at student at Ohio University, was nominated for the U.S. Air Force Academy.<\/p>\n
