Buckner, 42, and Howard Linden Moore Jr., 46, both of 1116 Kear Road, Apt. 5, were charged with theft in connection with an apparent shoplifting incident at the local Walmart store.<\/p>\n<p>December 26, 4:21 p.m. &#8212; Robin P. Higginbotham, 50, of 509 S. Shannon St., was arrested at her residence on a warrant issued on behalf of the Van Wert Municipal Court Probation Department.<\/p>\n<p>December 24, 1:16 a.m. &#8212; Rose M.
