Washington St.<\/p>\n<p>March 13, 11:22 p.m. &#8212; A city resident reported that someone entered his residence and stole a Nintendo Wii game machine.<\/p>\n<p>March 13, 12:45 a.m. &#8212; Steven Sowers, 28, of 166 Kenwick Drive, was arrested for OVI and failing to register his vehicle as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Woodland Avenue and Daniel Street.<\/p>\n<p>March 13, 12:29 a.m. &#8212; Brittany N.
