Carmean, 18, of Rockford, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of traffic stop near the intersection of Main and Washington streets.<\/p>\n<p>February 2, 7:17 p.m. &#8212; Chad M. Caldwell, 36, of 533 S. Franklin St., was arrested on a warrant issued on behalf of the Van Wert County Adult Probation Department.<\/p>\n<p>January 31, 1:30 a.m. &#8212; Larry T. McCleese, 35, of 515 Monroe St., was charged with theft after allegedly failing to pay for $20 worth of gasoline at Brookside Convenience Store, 1301 W. Main St.<\/p>\n<p>February 2, 8:55 a.m. &#8212; Shylyn N. Shepherd, 16, of 412 E. Main St., was charged with underage consumption while at her residence.<\/p>\n<p>January 30, 10:19 p.m. &#8212; Joshua R. Barnhart, 23, and Jarret A. Upchurch, 23, both of 937 Southway Drive, were charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of an incident at their residence.<\/p>\n<p>January 27, 3:18 p.m. &#8212; Marteasha M.
