A child\u2019s most important learning starts at birth and continues through preschool.\u00a0 If they wait for kindergarten or primary school they will be missing the time when their learning develops most quickly in their life.<\/p>\n

Kids Learning Place is now taking applications for the Head Start preschool classrooms for fall 2014.\u00a0 Head Start is a federal funded, high-quality preschool program for children between three to five years old. The program is no cost to the families if they meet eligibility according to federal income guidelines.\u00a0The program may also provide preschool services without income eligibility restrictions for foster children, children with disabilities, and families that are homeless.<\/p>\n
