Warren Jr., 27, of 147 Blaine St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation while at his residence.<\/p>\n<p>February 19, 3:11 p.m. &#8212; Jessica L. Beveridge, 26, of Rockford, was charged with disorderly conduct as a result of an incident at Subway.<\/p>\n<p>February 18, 9:23 p.m. &#8212; Jordan Wolfrey, 23, of Greenville, was charged with OVI and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Washington Street.<\/p>\n<p>February 17, 11:15 p.m. &#8212; Jermaine Davis, 29, of Fort Wayne, Ind., was charged with OVI as a result of a traffic stop in the city.<\/p>\n<p>February 15, 1:15 a.m. &#8212; Gillian Divante Antonio West, 22, of 643 N. Franklin St., Apt. 10, was arrested on a warrant issued on behalf of the Allen County Sheriff&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>February 15, 6:20 p.m. &#8212; Benjamin L. Seibert, 22, of 239 N.
