Those wanting to support the event may\u00a0make a tax-deductible donation to CHP Hospice.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0family of Glenn D. Gehres will present\u00a0a decorative lighthouse in memory of Glenn,\u00a0who received care\u00a0for several years from CHP\u2019s visiting nurses program before\u00a0passing last September at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center at the age of 54.<\/p>\n<p>Submit donations in person or by mail to 1159 Westwood Drive in Van Wert or through the CHP website. Donors will be recognized in the program if the donation is received by Monday, March 31.<\/p>\n<p>Raffle tickets for $500, $250 and $100 are also available.
