Ervin Road in Van Wert, finally touched solid ground. The car was placed on the snow in late February and area residents asked to submit guesses on what day all four wheels would again touch the ground. Five people guessed the correct date \u2013 March 21 \u2013 and the winner of the car, Sandy Klinger of Convoy, was drawn by a customer waiting in Kinstle\u2019s Service Department.
