Investigating were troopers from the Van Wert Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, while the Van Wert County Sheriff&#8217;s Department, Brickner&#8217;s Ambulance Service and Convoy Fire Department were all at the scene. Here, a victim who was trapped in this vehicle is being removed by EMS personnel and firefighters.
