The dinner will be available for carry out Thursday May 15, from 4:30-6:30 p.m., at the YWCA.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/New-YWCA-logo-12-2009.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2549\" alt=\"New YWCA logo 12-2009\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/New-YWCA-logo-12-2009.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"89\" \/><\/a>Tickets for the chicken dinners are $8. The cost of the dinner includes half of a barbecue chicken, two sides, roll, and a cookie. The chicken this year will be pre pared by Gibson\u2019s Backyard BBQ of Convoy.<\/p>\n<p>All proceeds support the YWCA\u2019s Scholarship for Christian Leaders. The YWCA Christian Emphasis Committee did the planning for this dinner.<\/p>\n<p>General hours of operation are: Monday-Thursday; 6:30 a.m.-8 p.m.; Friday 6:30 a.m.-1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The YWCA is a United Way and Van Wert County Foundation Agency.
