The highway was reopened at approximately 8:45 a.m., according to the Mercer County Sheriff\u2019s Office, after a spill of hazardous liquid plastic was cleaned up by an Indiana-based hazmat company brought in for the job. A detour was put in place by the Ohio Department of Transportation.
