(photo submitted)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Built Ford Tough FFA Scholarship Program is designed to recognize FFA members\u2019 talents and accomplishments, while encouraging their future academic achievements.\u00a0 The scholarship is one of 530 scholarships awarded by Ford Division, Ford Motor Company Fund and Ford dealers to FFA members who are high school seniors planning to attend college in the fall of 2014, or current collegiate students.\u00a0 This program is a part of Ford\u2019s overall commitment to the National FFA Organization.<\/p>\n<p>Ford has supported the National FFA Foundation since the first F-Series truck was introduced in 1948, and has sponsored the Built Ford Tough collegiate scholarship program since 1997.\u00a0 To date, the program has awarded $8,145,000 in scholarships to 8,184 FFA members throughout the country.\u00a0 Ford knows the value of hard work and believes that hard work should be rewarded.<\/p>\n<p>StateWide has been involved in the scholarship program for nine years and has awarded 15 scholarships locally to students from Van Wert, Parkway, Crestview, Delphos Jefferson, Delphos St John\u2019s, Lincolnview and Wayne Trace high schools.
