Van Wert girls\u2019 basketball information<\/i><\/p>\n
The Van Wert girls\u2019 basketball program will be holding its annual Lady Cougar Youth Camp June 17-20 at the Van Wert High School complex.\u00a0 Sessions will run from 1-4 p.m. each day.\u00a0 Van Wert coaches will provide instruction, with Lady Cougar players also assisting.<\/b><\/p>\n
The Lady Cougar Youth Camp is for girls from all areas schools who are entering grades 4-8 during the 2014-2015 school year.\u00a0The camp emphasizes instruction on basketball fundamentals, and there will also be daily skills competitions and team play.<\/p>\n
The cost for the four-day camp is $40, with any additional family members only costing $25.\u00a0 The cost includes a t-shirt and additional camp gift for each girl.\u00a0Team and individual awards will also be presented based on the results of the daily competitions.<\/p>\n
