He entered a not guilty plea and was released on a surety bond because he is already in prison on other charges. A pretrial conference was scheduled for 8 a.m. Wednesday, June 25.<\/p>\n<p>Mindy L. Reynolds, 34, also of Continental, pleaded not guilty to a charge of complicity to robbery, also a felony of the second degree. She was released on a personal surety bond and will also appear for a pretrial conference on June 25.<\/p>\n<p>A third person charged in connection with the Rambler\u2019s Roost robbery, Trent Webster, 49, of Van Wert, was given concurrent prison terms of 18 and 24 months, respectively, on grand theft and robbery.<\/p>\n<p>Others arraigned on Wednesday include the following:<\/p>\n<p>Robert L. King, 35, of Van Wert, entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of domestic violence, a felony of the third degree. He was released on a personal surety bond, but is to have no contact with the alleged victim. A pretrial conference was set for 8 a.m. Wednesday, July 9.<\/p>\n<p>Justin R. Taylor, 28, of Van Wert, pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of drugs, each a fifth-degree felony. He was released on a personal surety bond and will appear for a pretrial conference at 8 a.m. July 9.<\/p>\n<p>Justin L. Snyder, 34, of Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to a charge of assault, a felony of the fourth degree. He was ordered held on a $25,000 bond, with 10 percent of that amount to be in cash. A pretrial conference was scheduled for 8 a.m. June 25.<\/p>\n<p>Eric R. Shaffer, 38, of Van Wert, pleaded not guilty to a charge of grand theft, a felony of the fourth degree. He was released on a surety bond and will appear for a pretrial conference at 8 a.m. Wednesday, July 2.<\/p>\n<p>Wayne C. Toth, 51, of Elyria, entered a not guilty plea to a charge of grand theft, a fourth-degree felony. He was released on a surety bond and will appear for a pretrial conference at 8 a.m. July 9.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Trinity J. Snyder, 33, of Van Wert, pleaded not guilty to abduction, a felony of the third degree, and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was ordered held on a $10,000 bond, with 10 percent of that amount in cash. If he makes bond, he must also have no contact with the alleged victim in the case. Snyder will appear for a pretrial conference at 8 a.m. June 25.<\/p>\n<p>Roger Hibbard, 37, of Paulding, entered not guilty pleas to three counts of telecommunications harassment, each a fifth-degree felony. Bond was set at $1,000 cash, with no contact with the alleged victim. A pretrial conference was scheduled for 8 a.m. June 25.<\/p>\n<p>Gregory K. Tackett, 31, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, pleaded not guilty to one count each of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and operating a vehicle while impaired, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was released on a personal surety bond and a pretrial conference scheduled for 8 a.m. July 9.<\/p>\n<p>Lewis Buckner, 57, of Van Wert, had his case continued for arraignment at a later date. He was released on a surety bond.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew Thomas, 32, of Ohio City, entered a not guilty plea to a charge of escape, a fifth-degree felony. He was ordered held on a $10,000 cash bond, with a pretrial conference set for 8 a.m. June 25.<\/p>\n<p>Justine Jerome, 28, of Van Wert, pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of drugs, each a felony of the fifth degree. She was released on a surety bond and will appear for a pretrial conference at 8 a.m. July 2.<\/p>\n<p>Aaron Joseph, 26, of Van Wert, entered not guilty pleas to one count each of trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fourth degree. He was released on a surety bond because he is being held on other charges in Athens County. A pretrial conference was scheduled for 9 a.m. July 2.<\/p>\n<p>Six people also changed their pleas. They include:<\/p>\n<p>Christopher Britt, 24, of Van Wert, who entered a guilty plea to a charge of attempted possession of morphine, a misdemeanor of the first degree. The charge was reduced from possession of morphine, a fifth-degree felony, in exchange for his guilty plea. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 30.<\/p>\n<p>Sean Sprouse, 34, of Paulding, changed his plea to guilty to a charge of possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree. He then requested, and was granted, treatment in lieu of conviction.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Speakman, 22, of Willshire, pleaded guilty to telecommunications fraud, a felony of the fifth degree. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing set for 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 23.<\/p>\n<p>Shane Harter, 33, of Delphos, entered a guilty plea to a charge of burglary, which was reduced from a second-degree felony to a felony of the third degree in exchange for his guilty plea. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing scheduled for 9 a.m. July 23.<\/p>\n<p>Arnold Deleon, 44, of Convoy, changed his plea to guilty to a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired, his sixth offense, which is a felony of the fourth degree. Judge Charles D. Steele ordered a presentence investigation and scheduled sentencing for 9 a.m. July 23.<\/p>\n<p>Steven Parsons Jr., 35, of Van Wert, changed his plea to guilty to a charge of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree. A second count of the same offense was dismissed in exchange for his guilty plea. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing set for 9 a.m. July 23.<\/p>\n<p>Two people were also sentenced on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Chad Neal, 27, of Bluffton, was sentenced to six months in prison, with cred for 67 days already served, on a charge of aggravated assault, a fourth degree felony.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Burke, 39, of Reynoldsburg, was given five days in prison, with credit for 223 days already served, on a charge of burglary, a second-degree felony. The sentence will also run concurrently with a sentence he is serving in Hardin County.<\/p>\n<p>Two other cases were also heard Tuesday in Common Pleas Court.<\/p>\n<p>Brandon Turner, 28, of Sidney, was given 24 months in prison, with 98 days credit for time served, on a charge of possession of drugs, a felony of the third degree. The sentence will run concurrently with a seven-month sentence handed down in Shelby County on an unrelated case.<\/p>\n<p>Jeremy Lindeman, 32, of Van Wert, admitted to violating his probation by drinking alcohol and not reporting to his probation officer.
