YMCA of VW County information<\/i><\/p>\n

Registration for the upcoming fall swim session at the YMCA of Van Wert County is going on now through September 13.\u00a0 Registration fees are $15 for family members, $25 for youth members and $60 for potential members, with a late fee of $10 for all who register after September 13.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Y provides the most up-to-date American Red Cross approved swimming and water safety program,\u201d stated Martha Martin, Van Wert YMCA aquatic director. \u201cIt keeps a fun atmosphere, while combining the best in swim instruction with an even stronger emphasis on drowning prevention and water safety — ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy the water safely, regardless of age or skill level.\u201d<\/p>\n

All YMCA classes are taught by\u00a0Red Cross certified Instructors with\u00a0over 120 years of combined aquatic instruction experience.<\/p>\n

This spring swim session will run September 22 through November 15. One may register online at the website above, at the front desk of the Y or by calling the previously listed telephone number.<\/p>\n
