Judge Charles D. Steele gave Delgado credit for 22 days already served.<\/p>\n<p>Others sentenced on Wednesday include the following:<\/p>\n<p>Jeremiah Miller, 19, of Ohio City, was placed on three years of community control on a charge of possession of LSD, a felony of the third degree. Miller will also have to spend up to six months in the Western Ohio Regional Treatment and Habilitation (WORTH) Center in Lima and also spend 60 days in jail, to be served at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>His driver\u2019s license was also suspended for six months and he must pay a mandatory fine of $5,000, as well as restitution to the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force.<\/p>\n<p>Chad Mcross Jr., 19, of Van Wert, was also given three years of community control on a charge of breaking and entering, a felony of the fifth degree. Mcross will also have to spend 30 days in jail, with work release and pay restitution of $150 to his victim.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Three people also changed their pleas from not guilty to guilty during hearings held Wednesday in Common Pleas Court.<\/p>\n<p>Roger Hibbard, 37, of Paulding, pleaded guilty to three counts of attempted telecommunications harassment, each a misdemeanor of the first degree (reduced from telecommunications harassment, a felony of the fifth degree).<\/p>\n<p>A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 23.<\/p>\n<p>Seth Bireley, 25, of Rockford, changed his plea to guilty to three counts of breaking and entering, each a fifth-degree felony, and one count of failure to appear, a felony of the fourth degree. A presentence investigation was ordered and he will appear for sentencing at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 30.<\/p>\n<p>Joshua Allen, 41, of New Haven, Indiana, entered guilty pleas to three counts of possession of drugs, each a felony of the fifth degree.
