The Van Wert County Outdoorsmen Association is selling raffle tickets to support its youth programs. Grand prize for the raffle is a $500 meat package from Hall\u2019s Meats, along with a new freezer. Second prize is a $300 prepaid Visa card, third prize is a $200 prepaid Visa card and fourth prize is a $100 prepaid Visa card.<\/p>\n
