The fee will be $35 for a single child, $60 for two children of the same family, and $75 for three or more children in a family.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline to register is July 25. Registration forms can be obtained on the Van Wert Parks and Recreation website at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vanwert.org\">www.vanwert.org<\/a>, or picked up at the Parks Department office, 137 Gleason Ave. in Van Wert.<\/p>\n<p>Age groups for the program are 5-7 and 8-10 year olds. All games will be on Tuesdays at Smiley Park for ages 5-7, and Thursdays for 8-10 year olds.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, access the Van Wert Parks Department website or call the office at 419.238.9121.
