{"id":55771,"date":"2014-09-19T07:33:52","date_gmt":"2014-09-19T12:33:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/?p=55771"},"modified":"2014-09-19T07:33:52","modified_gmt":"2014-09-19T12:33:52","slug":"odot-seeks-input-on-area-road-projects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/2014\/09\/19\/odot-seeks-input-on-area-road-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"ODOT seeks input on area road projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i>Ohio Dept. of Transportation information<\/i><\/p>\n<p>LIMA &#8212; The Ohio Department of Transportation\u2019s District 1 is seeking public input on the following proposed projects in Van Wert and Paulding counties:<\/p>\n<p><b>Van Wert County<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/ODOT-logo.gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-645\" alt=\"ODOT logo\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/ODOT-logo.gif\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/><\/a>Washington Street Phase 3 \u2013 The proposed street reconstruction project will run from Ervin Road to Fox Road\/Hospital Drive, and will include the complete reconstruction and widening of the above portion of South Washington Street.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic will be detoured; however, local traffic will be maintained at all times. The project is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2016.<\/p>\n<p><b>Paulding County<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ohio 114 culvert replacement \u2013 The project, located immediately west of Township Road 11, proposes the replacement of the existing culvert with a new culvert. Traffic will be detoured during construction, but local traffic will be maintained. Construction is scheduled for spring 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Ohio 637 \u2013 This project is located on Ohio 637, approximately three-tenths of a mile south of Paulding County Road 146, and will include replacement of the existing culvert.
