Keck, 93, of Oakwood, died Friday, April 1, 2011, at Paulding County Hospital in Paulding.<\/p>\n<p>She was born October 17, 1917, in Paulding County, the daughter of the late Ray and Minnie (Font) Thomas. On October 23, 1940, she married Millard T. Keck, who preceded her in death on November 12, 1997.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include two sons, Ray V. (Carla) Keck of Defiance and Larry T. (Terry) Keck of Fulton, Mo.; two sisters, Edna Parrish of Coon Rapids, Minn., and Evelyn (Dale) Deisler of Upper Sandusky; three brothers, Donald Thomas of Indian Wells, Calif., Kenneth (Bonnie) Thomas of Indianapolis, Ind., and Loren (Luella) Thomas of Paulding; 11 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>A daughter, Ann Keck Engel; two brothers, Robert and Carl Thomas; a grandson; and great-grandson, also preceded her in death.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 5, at Den Herder Funeral Home in Paulding, with Pastor Eric Dailey officiating. Burial will be in Sherman Cemetery in Oakwood.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Calling hours are from 4-8 p.m. Monday, April 4, at the funeral home and an hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preferred memorials: Oakwood Library Fund or Twin Oaks United Methodist Church of Oakwood.<\/p>\n<p>Messages of sympathy may be sent to the family at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.denherderfh.com\">www.denherderfh.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Velma G.
