Koeppel, 76, of Rockford, died early Friday morning, February 13, 2015, at St. Rita\u2019s Medical Center in Lima, where she had been a patient.<\/p>\n<p>She was born June 21, 1938, in Dublin Township, Rockford, the daughter of Ford and Irma (Swoveland) Koeppel, who both preceded her in death.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include a number of cousins.<\/p>\n<p><b>Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 17, at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, with Pastor Dave Souers officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Calling hours are from 9 a.m. until the time of services Tuesday at the funeral home.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Preferred memorials: New Horizons Community Church in Rockford.<\/p>\n<p>Online condolences may be expressed at <a href=\"http:\/\/ketchamripley.com\">http:\/\/ketchamripley.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marcia A.
