{"id":61776,"date":"2015-03-16T07:10:37","date_gmt":"2015-03-16T12:10:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/?p=61776"},"modified":"2015-03-16T07:10:37","modified_gmt":"2015-03-16T12:10:37","slug":"venedocia-lions-announce-fundraiser-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/2015\/03\/16\/venedocia-lions-announce-fundraiser-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Venedocia Lions announce fundraiser"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i>Venedocia Lions Club information<\/i><\/p>\n<p>VENEDOCIA &#8212; Venedocia Lions Club will be sponsoring its annual \u201call-you-can-eat\u201d Pancakes and Sausage Day on Saturday, March 21.<\/p>\n<p>Serving will be from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Venedocia Lions Building in Venedocia.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Pancakes-graphic-3-2015.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-61777\" style=\"border: 1px solid black;\" alt=\"Pancakes graphic 3-2015\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Pancakes-graphic-3-2015.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"171\" \/><\/a>Cost of the meal is $6 for adults, $3 for children 4-12 years old and free for children under 4.\u00a0Carryout meals are also available, while bulk sausage will be sold for $6 per 2-pound package<\/p>\n<p>Proceeds to be used for various Venedocia Lions community projects, including scholarships for Lincolnview and Spencerville seniors, local 4-H clubs, Buckeye Boys and Girls State, the Lincolnview Band Boosters, and local food banks.<\/p>\n<p>The Venedocia Lions Club also accepts used eyeglasses that are used for Lions Club International projects.
