Come to the elementary carnival April 10 for a chance to win these beautiful afghans! The alphabet block baby blanket and Lancer colored afghan were crocheted and donated by Pam Eversole, grandmother of sixth grader Madyson Glossett and third grader Grant Glossett. Proceeds from the afghan sale will go to the Rachel’s Challenge group. They are raising money for a “buddy bench” for the playground. Students can sit on the bench if they need a friend to play with at recess. Also for sale will be hats, scarves, and bows made by the challenge group, along with other prizes and games.<\/p>\n
